RENTAL POLICIES

Our mission is to deliver excellent customer service and luxury event rentals. While our products are of the highest quality, please note that, as rental items, they may show signs of wear. Additionally, we do not allow pickups for any of our inventory.


RENTAL FEES


Please note that the listed rental price reflects the cost of the rental item only. Delivery, tax, and service fees are not included and will be added to your price quote. Additional onsite fees of $100 or more may apply for difficult access (e.g., stairs, no freight elevator, long entry walk-ups) if not mentioned before the delivery day. Posh Way Events, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time if policy guidelines are not followed.

After you submit a Wishlist, you’ll receive an email requesting specific details about your event (such as event time and event type). We will then send you a quote. You’ll have up to 48 hours to pay the minimum deposit of 25% + 2.9% service fee to secure your rentals; otherwise, your Wishlist will be canceled. Please note that if your order is canceled, you risk losing the item(s) you selected.

The balance is due 7 days before your event. If you reserve within 7 days of the event date, the total balance is required at the time of booking. Failure to make full payment 7 days prior to the event may result in a $50 late charge. If full payment is not made within 5 days of the event, your reservation will be canceled, and no refund or credit will be issued.


CHANGES TO ORDER


Once you have completed the initial booking process and made the appropriate payment, your rentals are officially reserved for your event. Please note that clients may incur a 5% fee for any changes to the reservation, which will be subject to the same terms once the booking has been confirmed.


CANCELLATION


We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your rental reservation, please inform us by email immediately. Unfortunately, this may result in the loss of any payments made. Please note that all payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

MINIMUM RESERVATION REQUIREMENT


There is a minimum rental price of $300.00 (before taxes and fees) for deliveries outside of 20 miles from 1106 Busit Ave, Ft. Washington, MD 20744. If you're within 20 miles, there is no minimum. *Please check the distance before submitting a Wishlist.


DELIVERY WINDOW


Please note, all rental periods are for up to 12 hours, from delivery to pick up. Prices are for day rentals only up until 10pm. An additional fee will apply for early morning delivery (before 9am) and after hour pickup (after 10pm). Our normal delivery hours are 9am-10pm Mon. - Sun. Our delivery window is scheduled within a 1-hour timeframe, for example, arrival between 1 PM and 2 PM. Please plan accordingly, as some rentals may require setup and breakdown, typically needing a minimum of 1 hour for setup and breakdown.

If our drivers arrive during the agreed timeframe and are unable to access Posh Way Events rental property, the client will incur a $100.00 inconvenience fee for later pickup.


LIABILITY


The client is responsible for the safety and reliability of the event venue and its furnishings. Additionally, the client is liable for any injury, loss, death, or damage caused by Posh Way Events employees or equipment as a result of the actions of event attendees and staff not employed by Posh Way Events. The client agrees not to hold Posh Way Events liable for any claims, actions, damages, or liabilities, including attorneys’ fees, arising from their use and possession of the rental property.


LOSS & DAMAGE


If a rental item is returned to Posh Way Events broken or damaged in any way, the client will be charged up to five (5) times the rental cost of the item. Please be aware that any damage to rentals will result in fees for loss or damage. Additionally, Posh Way Events cannot control the weather. Damage includes, but is not limited to, issues caused by wind, water, extreme heat or cold, and damage from moving props. Damage or loss will be assessed as soon as possible after the event, and all visible damage will be photographed on site whenever possible.
